Hey you,

The blog is beautiful now and it may be cringe-worthy to you when you look at it but hey, at least there's all those adorable pictures of those Fiji/Aus/NZ kids in 2002 :P
Your love, excitement for travel and for those you traveled with, met along the way or even just for the adventure itself was ALWAYS evident. Besides that, Melissa's right, those years made you who you are now so don't fault them.
Besides that, you were our fearless leader, our mama chicadee and while the writing/photos/whatever may not have been as strong then, we looked up to you all the same and found there just what you can see all over the blog as it is now. So no hair-pulling. Deal?

Ah, you shouldn't apologize for your blogs at all. I'm one of gals who's been following your blog since not long after you got to Antigua. While I know the feeling all to well of cringe inducing journals I really think it shows your growing process as a writer and how you've learned your life lessons over the years. Besides, your enthusiasm for travel, exploration and self development have always been what's inspired me most about your blog and that's been something that's shone through since the very beginning. Admire those awkward gushing "teenage" years for what they are and the role they played in who you've become. :)

hey congrats! looks like the task is finally done...
well as this site is being redesigned may i make a small suggestion.
this is problem that i faced while reading the archives.. if i try to read the posts of say march 2004 then the last post of the month is shown at the top of the page and the first page at the bottom of the page, so i had to start from the bottom of the page and then move upwards. not something very convenient. So if Mr.merc could do a favor of adding another option to this site then it would be great...
